Every once in awhile, I attempt to make a fun, themed snack or lunch for the kids. Trust me, they don’t always turn out cute enough to share! 
But the kids always love them and think they’re great every time. Here are a couple of snowman snacks we had this week that I thought actually made the cut! They’re pretty healthy, too!
Frosty the Snowman
Super Snowman…to the rescue!
I made this one using a napkin as I did for the Frosty face snowman above simply to add some color to the snowman design. When my 4 year old sat down to eat this, he exclaimed, “Hey, my snowman can fly!” I didn’t even realize the napkin made the snowman look like he was wearing a superhero cape!
Luke, who has recently become a huge Avengers fan, was THRILLED with his superhero snowman, and though unintentional, I did have to give myself a little pat on the back! hehe
Ingredients Used:
I just used what we already had on hand.
Thin Bagels (100% Whole Wheat Bagel Slims)
Cream Cheese
Raisins
Sweetened Dried Cranberries
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Baby Carrots
Pretzel Rods
Blueberries (frozen)
